You can hear the person your talking to very clearly with very minimal noise what so ever. The person your speaking to can also hear you clearly. Very good product has everything you need in the earpiece a button to make a voice calls, listen to music, hang up, answer calls and has up/down volume buttons. Amazon had the best prices after researching this product and on other brands like it.
