I stopped using my previous headset because the ear bud was uncomfortable and hurt my ear. I don't have the same problem with the LGTone. It's really comfortable to wear and blocks out most background noise. Left without it once last week and really missed having it. I love it! I'm not normally a bluetooth user, but I was interested in the wireless freedom a headset like this would give me. I love the"around the neck" design. I don't have to have an earpiece interfering with my hearing in all the time. The phone rings, the LG Tone vibrates to let me know theres a call, and I put the earphones in. The magnetic bud cavity makes it easy to pull out and replace the buds. The ability to have buds in both ears helps with sound quality in both phone calls and listening to music. I used the LG Tone while biking and it was great! I could receive a phone call on the go without unpacking my phone. No bulky earpiece that didn't fit under my helmet! I talked on the phone during a 6 hour drive and still had plenty of battery for my morning workout.
