That being said, this item did not explicitly say there were two ear gels included with the order, but the pictures showed two and the instruction manual also two. Only comes with one and no windsock, when contacted seller they stated such. For the price difference for the retail package would be worth the ear gels and wind sock. It was not worth saving a few dollars to get this unit. This review is from: Jabra WAVE Bluetooth Headset- Black [Bulk Packaging] Jabra WAVE Bluetooth Headset- Black [Bulk Packaging] (Wireless Phone Accessory) About 5 years ago, I had purchased a Jabra bluetooth headset and it did not work out. However, it was so comfortable I thought I would try Jabra again. I love it. The headset is very comfortable and my husband says I sound better on the headset than the actual phone. In fact, my mother could not tell I was talking to her on the headset. I can hear everyone perfectly clear. It has really been a great purchase so far. I will post again if something happens with it that would make it a bad deal. I have had it for less than a month and it has been wonderful. 5/29/11 STILL LOVE IT!!!!! Highly reccomend Jabra! They fall off, they move around, I can't hear the person or they cant hear me. But this bluetooth is perfect. This is my third one (because I keep losing them) and I hope that they keep making them.
