This one is nice. The volume level is nice, and adjustable directly on the unit with a dedicated volume button. Calls come in nice and clear. I have not had any problem hearing callers nor have they had any problems hearing me. It works well with my voice dialing (LG Rumor Touch). I like how it tells you the battery level - it actually speaks to you - "battery high", "battery medium", or "battery low", in a female voice with a proper British accent. Very soothing. Almost as if Mary Poppins were in your ear! Pairing with my phone was easy. Just charged the headset (<2 hrs for full charge), pressed the Multi-Function Button (MFB), navigated the BT menu on my phone, and it linked up perfectly the first time.
