It works great in both, but it did not work so well in a supermarket (too much noise, people could not understand me). So, if you need a headset for open spaces, it might not be your best bet.Another thing that bothered me was the ear plug, it's too big and it does not fit right. It lacks those headphone plugs that goes right into your ear. It can be easily adapted from one ear to the other. It has a 3-color LED that shows varied information (turned on, looking for a device, battery level, etc.). A good thing that I really like is that it has volume buttons on the side, so it's very easy to adjust the volume while you are in a call, especially when you're driving and you can't reach or look at your phone in that moment. Something that I love about this: battery life. The battery lasts a VERY long time. I have to say that I don't use it that much, but I charge it once a month or so, and it comes with a regular Nokia charger.
