The Details: My big complaint with any headset is the fit. Getting earphones to fit has always been a problem for me. This headset arrived with two very thin rubber ear cushions, both the same size, and two ear hooks. There isn't a lot of flexibility in sizing options. In my case there was no way to keep this in my ear without the hook and with the hook the best it would do is dangle. I love the voice commands, and it controls the voice commands on both the iphone 3gs, and the Motoralla droidx. I have pretty small ears, so it fits comfortably into my right ear. The only issue is, the charger plugs into the same location that the ear piece is, and if you pull it off the charger too fast, it will break the ear piece off. How do I know, because this is my 5th one. The good thing is it has a 2 year warranty. So as long as u buy it off of amazon, u will always have access to your reciept, because you need it for warranty exchange through Blue ant. And warranty exchange is pretty painless.... I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that I've gone through so many of them 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful: Fantastic headset, outstanding service., This review is from: BlueAnt v1x Bluetooth Headset (Electronics) Last year, I went and got a Palm Pre. To my surprise, I found out that it didn't have voice dialing, so checking online for a solution, I found that the BlueAnt V1x was the one to get as the voice dialing was built into the headset. It didn't take long to see its quality and qualities and loved it. Compared to several previous headsets it is easily the best I've ever had. Fast forward a year later, I upgrade/get a Palm Pre2 and my wife gets my original Pre and the V1x. After a few days of returning to an older headset, while my new phone has voice dialing, I missed the quality of the V1x too much, so I ordered another. I was debating over the newer model but found it in local stores and simply found it much bigger, and I preferred the V1x compact size. While waiting for it, I would borrow my wife's (my old one) and found that the rubber grommet (the part that holds the earloop) was quite loose and the earloop was in constant danger of falling...
