On a regular bluetooth it was hard to hear and understand what he was saying due to all of the background noise. I am so happy to report that this Blue Tiger Pro Headset works great, I hear no background noise what so ever - I can now hear and understand what he is saying - it is so crisp and clear - I am amazed and impressed with this product. my husband loves it - he says it is very comfortable to wear, he too can now hear every word, no more "WHAT" WHAT" conversations between us. I had been using a Blue Parrot VX250 and it worked very well, but the Blue Tiger Pro is a much better headset. The only issue that I have is I am hearing impaired and I have to mess with the volume to get the person on the other end to come out where I can understand what they are saying.Again I will say that it is very superior to what I had. It does a great job on half of its claims. It does cancel out the background noise when i speak making it very easy for the person i am talking to to hear me. But the sound I get from the ear piece is so bad the unit is useless to me. When I use the old Blue Parrot I have with the same phone I can hear people crystal clear. The main reason for the upgrade was due to the fact that the old parrot cannot be used while it is charging. I will be trying to get my money back from Blue Tiger. Its a good looking, expensive, useless device. I think the newer parrots can be used while on the charger, I will be considering one of those. |
