4Ipod Case

By Brooke C.

I bought this for my ipod after I dropped it and ruined the screen. It seems to be a good case that if dropped will hold the ipod screen back away from the ground. The only complaint I have is that the clip after only a few days the rotator on it became very loose and I can spin it by just flicking it with my finger. But that isn't a huge deal. Just wish that part would've held up better.

4Great with modifications

By J. Weir

I purchased this for my wife because; lets face it... IPods are expensive. The unit has 4 pieces. A 2-piece plastic shell that snaps together around the IPod and has a plasic window, a silicone sleeve that the unit slips in with little effort and a clip that snaps on and can be rotated horizonal or verticle. The first thing I noticed is that the window on the shell isn't all that great with finger prints or scratching. I had already put a ZAGG full-body cover on the unit which resists finger prints and scratching so I just peeled the plastic window off of the shell as it is held on with a ruberized adhesive that didn't put the shell at risk for damage during removal as long as I was at least 50% careful. The shell still fit with the ZAGG cover on and it all slipped easily into the silicone sleeve. All of the ports are protected with silicone plugs attached to the case that need to be removed before using but anything that keeps debris out of the ports is OK in my book. It does not cause issues with using the unit that I have found but it is impossible without removing it from the silicone sleeve to use in the docks that we own. The silicone sleeve is rated for a 6' fall for protecting your IPod. All-in-all I am very happy with this product especially after removing the plastic screen.

4griffin survivor series case for ipod touch 4

By jennifer

I just bought my ipod and this case was recommended to me from a friend. I love it, but one problem... I cant use it in my truck when I plug it into the aux port unless I remove the whole case. They didnt make the hole large enough to accomodate the ends on the aux cables used for this purpose. Some headphones cables dont fit into the small slot either. It needed to be rounded out more like the otterbox is. One thing I like is that this comes with a belt clip which is handy when you are out and about and have nowhere to keep your ipod when listening to it.
