When it works, the sound quality and range are good.Unfortunately, I've just returned mine for the second and last time. The first one had intermittent disconnections where the sound was choppy, or sometimes dropped connection between the dongle and headset. I spent a lot of time with a couple customer service reps who were very friendly and professional, although unable to fix the problem. I returned the first one for an exchange with Amazon. The second one worked fine for about a month before it started having the same problems. Now, a couple weeks later, the dongle has completely stopped working. Windows won't even recognize it. Customer service recommended an exchange as their only available solution. During the short time this headset worked, I would have given it four to four stars. That said it's a quality, high-grade device. Be careful if you subsequently need to order associated components of, like me, when I lost the dumb plastic part that the boom of the microphone slides into for charging when away from it's home docking station. In searching for that, after a very professional, nice lady from Jabra said it (the Jabra M5390) is a discontinued item, but offered upgrading to a $500 replacement (when I needed a $10 part), I looked online and couldn't find it. That component here is really the only reason I take away 1 star, as this is a solid 3 in 1 VOIP/Land-line/Cell phone option. GREAT for when you're at your desk and can press a button on the headset to switch between my work-phone and cell. Very convenient, great sound quality on BOTH sides of the call and a good price here at approx $110. The ear-piece part that it comes with to hold it over the ear is useless to me,...
