I previously ordered a cheap pack of 6 ear hooks from a different seller and broke them all within a few weeks. Then, I ordered from this seller, but accidentally ordered the wrong size. When I contacted them, they immediately sent me the correct size. The clip is much more comfortable and clearly won't break like my last ones. Good communication, great customer service, and a superior product. I ended up replacing them very often. But the "Heavy Duty" Bluetooth Headset Fixer changed all that! If you own the Motorola HX1 ENDEAVOR Bluetooth, you owe it to yourself to try this headset. It is strong and very comfortable, I've already purchased a few more just for friends.
