Pros: Pink Small Size Clear and soft plastic ear hooks keep it firmly in place AC charger and USB cable
Cons: Sound quality is okay, but not top quality (good for the price though) It does not fit me well. I wear hearing aids.
Overall, it is a pretty good Bluetooth headset for a great price. Instead of returning it and paying postage, I sold mine to a work friend. She loves it.

I bought a Q7 model thinking the headset will last close to the 4hr talk time but it barely lasted over one hour on a fully charged battery. I warranty swapped with the company, same problem. I got a chance to talk to the VP of the company who basically said there is no way to get 4 hours of talk time in "real life" and he offered this Q9 but indicated it's better than Q7 but it will also not get anywhere near 4 hours of talk time.
This company grossly overstate their talk time specification, or call it false advertising. Buyer be aware! You will probably get 1 to 1.5 hour of talk time per charge, if you are lucky.
There are many reputable manufacturers out there that don't inflat production specification on talk time. This is not one of them!
