Here are my thoughts:Shipping: Fast - I had a prime membership trial from my Kindle Fire (another awesome product btw) and I ordered the product Wednesday at 8PM CST. I got the package on my doorstep, signed by my landlord by noon on Friday. Package: Now let me say this. I was thinking of getting the additional headset, but DONT. I opened my box and found it inside with a little paper saying "you have been upgraded". You get the headset wire thing for free (so you dont have to put the piece in your ear if you dont want). They work reliably and were easy to setup. Lync recognizes it right away and adds it as an audio device. I recommend installing the software for the device as it contains some helpful features. I have not tried it with bluetooth, but only with the dongle. Battery life is fine for my purposes and other users have used them for up to 6 hours of pretty constant talk (technical support calls) on a single charge. I find it to be relatively comfortable and after short calls will forget that I have it in, but have to admit, I'm ready to take it off after more than an hour. I prefer the lightness and single-sided style but the kit comes with several nice accessories, including an over-the-head add-on and several sizes of ear buds.
