Wearing Style
The Jabra SPORT-CORDED ear piece is ergonomically designed to mold to your ear and to fit either your left or right ear. To ensure optimal comfort and sound, place each ear piece so the speaker is in front of the ear canal and the ear hook wraps snugly around the back of the ear. The earhooks are bendable and adjust able to ensure the best possible fit and comfort.

Despite appearances, these Jabra Sport Corded headphones are not an in-ear/earplug design, but rather small outside-the-ear headphones with large bendable earhooks to help them stay put during active use, an upmarket take on a form that's usually been taken only by cheap "sports" headphones. It's an interesting form factor, with distinct advantages and disadvantages.In use, with any of the included eargels and any shape bent into the hooks, these Jabras stay well outside the ear canal. This is a deliberate design feature, since it allows a lot of environmental noise in -- helping users stay safe while running near traffic, for instance -- but it also has some bad consequences for the sound. Listening to music is an indispensible part of my workout. Over the years I've used many corded and cordless headphones, and all of them come with their own sets of pros and cons. As far as I am concerned, these Jabra Sport headphones are the best corded sports headphones that I've come across.Putting the headphones around your ears is a bit tricky, but once they are there they stay firmly in place. These headphones don't fit as tightly as some of the around-the-head wireless headphones that I have used (such as MOTOROKR S9), but they are much more comfortable. UNBOXINGThese look and feel to be a high quality set of headphones. In the box is a nice zippered carrying case, a long and short extension cable and 3 sets of earpieces. They have a rather short cord designed for attaching to a device on your arm apparently and the extension can be used for storing the device in your pants pocket. The short extension cable is described as "phone adapter for most Nokia, Samsung & Sony Ericsson phones with 3.5mm plug." I'm confused because the male end of it is identical to the extension cord (a 4-pole 3.5mm plug). COMFORT I found the eargels that have the point down to be the most secure and comfortable. The earloops are a rubber material, but do conform to how you bend them. These earloops do provide extra protection for when jogging, although I never have any problem with Apple's earbuds when jogging. These are certainly very secure, though!
