Im a straight forward person nothing to gain from this believe me ,had a little trouble at first but it ''really works ''! went from one bar to five on my iphone3g no ''kidding ''!,just follow the instructions exactly and make sure where the phone gets a good talking signal you put the signal booster right there make sure it's at lease 35ft away .

Have never wasted 500 bucks so quickly.,

I have honestly never bought anything that cost 500 dollars that did so little. This product was installed correctly, and had absolutely no effect on the cellular signal or phone connection quality. And yes, there is a cellular signal here. Unfortunately, I don't think I have any financial remedy, so I have essentially made a 500 dollar donation to whoever the retailer was that sold this. Oh, and their 'customer service help' by phone? Completely worthless. Do not buy.
