Good but the clips scratch the vent grillsBy Bill C
I thought this was the perfect solution for my iphone 4 especially when using it as GPS (Navigon) and mp3 player at the same time using bluetooth. The iphone often heats up and since this cradle is connected in front of the vent it should cool off the phone. However the teeth from the two clips are very sharp and scratches the rubberized vent film. Now I'm not using the clips anymore and instead got a suction mount.
The quality however is good. It holds the phone firmly and is easy to adjust. But the casing for the phone must be removed before the phone can be installed. If you don't mind scratching the vents or your vents are not covered by some film then this item should work for you

Using this mount with my iPhone 4. It was easy to mount and for the money, I am pretty happy with it. I'm not sure it was specifically designed for the iPhone 4 because of how it fits, but it holds it securely and that's what I bough it for. Oh, and you can't use a case with this mount which I think should be fairly obvious but.. never know. :0

Snug fit for iphone 4 only if it is without bumper or cover.
Easy to install on car vent, easy to adjust the position of the iphone and very secure after tightening the screw knob.
I hope it has other color options to match the interior of my car, that would be superb
