Four thumbs up for the Samsung headset adapterBy John h.
The headset adapter for the AT&T Samsung Impression is terrific. It's inexpensive and allows you to use your current headset. Before purchasing the headset adapter, I first bought, from the AT&T online store, the recommended (very low quality) headset designed specifically for the Samsung Impression phone. The cost was $25, but it had a button allowing you to answer the phone. The Samsung headset comes with a 30-day warranty, which you will use. Within three months my third headset stopped working three days past the warranty(having to return and repurchase the headset each time). In addition, the sound quality was very poor.
As a result, I have since purchased the Samsung headset adapter for a fraction of the cost and have been very happy with the results. And when the phone rings while using a headset, I simply disconnect and answer the phone.
Using the adapter is by far the better way to go.

It broke (fell apart) upon trying to use it for the first time. Wasted my money. You should be ashamed.
