If listening to music on iTouch and phone rings very easy to cut over to answer phone. Once phone conversation is over easy to return to music. When testing with my wife around the house she said the conversation was akin to a work conference call from a quality perspective. Very acceptable in her opion. Can walk about 20 feet away from iTouch before music starts to cut out. No crackling or sound interruption when in range, even when walking about the house. Buttons... It paired quickly and worked with my audio files without me needing to do anything else.The audio quality is fine for me. I wanted a headset with good stereo sound and one where I could hear my callers and they could hear me. This is not that device.My setup before was to either listen with headphones and hope I heard my work or personal cell if someone called, or to put my bluetooth paired to the phones in one ear, and one headphone earpiece in the other ear so I could listen to the books or music. Since I preferred to listen in stereo, I thought the HM3500 would be perfect because I could pair at least one of my other phones to it along with the Ipod, and then just turn up the volume on the other phone so I could hear it.
