The device came in early real early on what was suspected. I can hear very clearly so can others when I'm talking to them. This is my first bluetooth and I'm very glad i choose this motorola. The only draw back is that plastic thing that goes around your ears, a little uncomfortable. But overall great bluetooth. It even "tells" you when it is connect to the phone. Battery has an excellent life, device is clear in its reception and because it fits in your ear, noise is blocked out. This also works excellent with my I-Phone 4. I am thinking of bying another one in case I lose this one.
