To the person you speak with they hear you as muffled and very low. Everyone asked what was wrong with my headset. I normally use a Plantronics and this one cannot touch that in terms of sound quality at both ends. The Bluetooth works well in a car, or indoors, it is really crappy outdoors. I walk a lot and unless the headset is in direct line of sight to the phone you will get static and the voice cutting in and out all the time.
