Cable shipped quickly and came with good tools to help disassemble the iPhone to fix the home button. My home button now works great for the first time in months!
If you're making this repair yourself, make sure to find a good DIY walk through online (I used iFixit's guide) and carefully keep up with each and every itty bitty screw that comes out of the phone.
Note - this part is the electronic cable and membrane only, not the round plastic button itself. If your plastic button is damaged you will need to order it separately.

With excellent lighting, two pair of stacked magnifying glasses, precision tweezers, and steady hands, I COULD NOT ATTACH THIS TO THE PHONE. All the other electronic connections inside the phone "snapped" in to place. With this home button, I couldn't feel any hint of connection. Hours of effort left me wondering how this is done successfully. Is the button connection damaged? I just don't know but, I gave up!
