Bought 2. 1 Failed after 3 or so uses. Weak electrical connection. No worse than what came with the phone. Price makes them worthwhile.

I ordered this cord as an extra one for my HTC Evo 4G. It arrived before expected, a nice surprise. The cord, however, does not work at all. I double checked that my phone and the various power sources I use are not the problem. Everywhere that my stock cord worked, this new one did not.

I ordered this and I am a big AMAZON buyer. I lost my original sync cable for my Thunderbolt so this looked like what I needed. I ordered it, it shipped late. But the worst part is when i got it and hooked it in to sync my data from my PC, all this did was charge. The product details need to be re-written to say this is only a USB charger, not a data sync. I already had the software for the sync, so it should have worked if it is the original manufacturer's item. Total lie on the product description. False advertising. No matter how much of a deal it is, it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth because it is not what it is advertised to be.
