I have T-Mobile service FYI. Got the item and installed it as it was stated in the directions. Placed the window unit near the area with 4 bars and kept the main unit about 12 feet from it (stated to keep it at least 8 feet away). Powered up the unit and within 1 minute the unit turned green..however NO improvement in the signal...walked around the entire house and still NO bars or signal.
