Facts and just the facts., This review is from: Maximum Signal In-Vehicle Cellular Phone Data Booster Amplifier Kit (Wireless Phone Accessory) Based on recommendations from the storm chaser forums and others I bought the wireless system listed here. Few others I could find were recommended except as a price point consideration if I couldn't afford this better unit.I ordered the parts and got a phone call the next morning. After 30 minutes of telling Gord about the type of vehicle, where I used it, where an antenna could mount, switching it from vehicle to vehicle, he adjusted my order, saved me a thirtyish dollars and told me that this is what I was looking for. No need for him to do that other than concern for his product and customer. He knows exactly what he is talking about, knows the competition, and even considered that my antenna might not mount where I thought it would due to the off-road usage of my vehicle. He gives implicit instruction, there was no need for me to do anything except follow those instructions. I could have gone cheaper, I could have gone to an anonymous box store,... After all their 7 watt amp was the most powerful one (wattage-wise) that Ive seen around and I wanted the best one in the market for my cross-country trip. At first I was impressed with how fast my questions were being answered and then the owner-ceo said he did not like the tone of my questions and continued on by saying he is going to ban me from purchasing his products and to stop communicating with him. He may (or may not) have the best product in the market but with his attitude I certainly don't feel that he deserves my business especially with a $400 product.
