not sure why they say this is rubberized, but fits the phone wellBy C. Camp
I was looking for something similar to the 'speck' cases that have a rubberized material inside them to help cushion a fall. These are simply hard plastic, in my opinion. When I hold it in my hand, it doesn't have much 'give' to it when you press on it, the way a rubberized material would. The colors are true to what you see online (my husband got the blue one for his LG G2x), and it snapped onto my phone very easily and fits my LG G2x very well. I still have access to the screen of course; on top: the power button, HDMI port, and headphone jack port; on the side: the volume buttons; on the bottom: the speakers are uncovered as well as the micro usb port. For the price I paid I certainly have no complaints. This product pretty much does what it's intended for: protects the phone from incidental bumps, scuffs, and scratches. Because there's no shock absorbing material, I wouldn't expect this to add a whole lot of protection if the phone were dropped from a distance, though. Which brings me to my one real concern with this case. The material this is made from is rather smooth and has a somewhat slippery feel to it which makes me even more cautious when handling my phone so I do not drop it. I would have liked a material that had a little texture to it so it would not feel like it would slide out of my hand so easily.
edited to add: Well, I've been using this case for a while now. I *have* dropped my phone a few times accidentally and the phone hasn't seemed to suffer for it. The case, however, does have a crack in it now, but it still stays on the phone well. I'm not too upset about that since I didn't pay a lot for this case! I'd rather have a cracked case than a cracked phone... Something else to note: the case is very difficult to remove (even though I 'broke' it), however it also has NOT popped off when dropped either. I do wish it were a little easier to remove but I guess that's better than the alternative of it popping off when dropped.

I searched all over for a case to fit my new Tmobile G2X phone. The only one that was available was an ugly black case that cost over $20.00. One of the guys at the tmobile store told me to go on amazon.com and see what they had to offer. No way did I believe the assortment of cases for my phone, let alone the price. I ordered multible cases and the 1st one came today. Pink! I absolutely love this case. It totally surpassed my expectations, price as well as beauty, function and fit! Thanks!
