The YX022 is an optional upgrade signal (outdoor) antenna for the YX500-CEL. This omni directional antenna provides enhanced cellular performance with 6dBi gain for your zBoost YX500CEL. This antenna with bracket is 25 inches long.

The use of radio distribution equipment that enhances, extends or amplifies a wireless signal may be prohibited without the consent of the wireless carrier upon whose network such equipment will be used. You should consult with your carrier before purchasing such equipment to use with that carrier’s service.

This review is from: Wireless Extenders zBoost YX022-CEL 6 dBi CEL Omni-directional Outdoor Signal Antenna (Wireless Phone Accessory) I bought this antenna because I use my booster on my RV for work and while taking down the supplied antenna I busted the little brass stud that the antenna screws on to. This one is very durable and signal strength is better as well. I replaced the stock outside antenna with the YX022-CEL antenna. My internet download speed increased from 280 kbps to 1200 to 1800 kbps range -- 4 to 6 times as fast.
